How to book
When you book let us know what time your check in is, then be ready to be picked up 3 hours before – its as simple as that.
We will pick up you and your bags upto 3 hours before check-in and take you to the Airport. All our vehicles are with equipped with state of the art satellite navigation to ensure a smooth transfer, in good time and at a great price.
Terms and Conditions Payment must be paid by credit card at time of booking only. All bags, any size, including handbags, shoulder bags, plastic bags, briefcases, laptop bags, rucksacks or suitcases are chargeable at £1 each. Depending on how many people traveling you may need to share. Due to time schedules customers must be ready 3 hours before their check-in time at the airport. You must notify the concierge or reception of your exact location in your hotel. In the event of a vehicle being supplied and we cannot find the customer, the full costs will be incurred, no refunds will made under any circumstances. It is the responsibility of the customer to liaise with our office, in the event of any problems. You are required to provide at time of booking a UK mobile or hotel phone number and room number, to enable us to contact you in the event of any unforeseen problems. Airport Direct and its agents accept no responsibility for lateness of vehicles, cancellations or any flights missed.
