Booking

To help us determine what vehicle you require for a safe and comfortable transfer to or from your airport please refer to the booking form (type of vehicle required section), or phone our trained operators who will ask for the amount of passengers and luggage. If you require any freight transfers or your party size is 8 or more, please phone, fax or e-mail our operations center for a quote.

Collection

We can pick you up from anywhere in the U.K. and take you to anywhere in the U.K. as long as it is pre-booked.

You will find that we are one of the main leaders in our field and that is why we are able to keep our prices very competitive. Please note, that the prices to pick up from all airports are inclusive of car parking charges and waiting time whilst passengers collect their luggage and clear customs.

All our passengers will be met at the INFORMATION DESK, by one of our drivers, who will be holding an Airport Direct board, which will have their name, flight number and destination displayed on it.

If you can not see the driver at the INFORMATION DESK, please contact our control center on 020 8450 9309 where the operator will contact the driver directly on their mobile phone. The operator will stay on the line until you have successfully met the driver.

Delays & Cancellations

The average amount of time required by passengers to collect their luggage and clear customs is between 15 to 45 minutes. Our drivers will stay at the INFORMATION DESK for one hour after the flight has landed. He/she will then phone our office for further instructions.

If you are delayed by customs, immigration or baggage please phone our operations center on 020 8450 9309 from inside the arrivals hall. If the office has not made contact with the customer, the driver will be allocated another job and the customer will incur the full charge.

In the event of cancellation (i.e. passengers miss their flight or connection) as long as we are notified two hours in advance there will be no charge and a full refund will be given.

Please note when booking, if traveling intercontinental close to midnight, you will land on the next day (i.e. leaving Toronto 22:50 on 24/11/02 you will land a.m. on 25/11/02).
